The North Coast Building Industry Honors Awards Committee presented teh Builder of the Year Award to Lake Pointe Construction at the awards ceremony and dinner held on March 31, 2001 at Avon Oaks Country Club. Greg Romes is an active member of the North Coast Building Industry Association and was recently installed as the President fo the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland. Greg is a local builder with over 30 years of experience in building single family and multi-family homes throughout Lorain and Cuyahoga Counties.
